wife, hereinafter called the Grantor, to HOWARD V. SMITA
and LUCILE H. SMITH, his wife, As Tenants in Common, whose
post office address is 4115 South Indian River Drive, Fort
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee:

representatives and assigns of individuals, and the succes-

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the svm of $10.00 and other valuable considerations
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, hereby qrants, bar-
gains, sel].s, aZiens, remises, releases, conveys and con- ~
firms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

legal descriptiun in that certain deed dated
April 30, 1968 between Grantor herein and Grantee ;
herein recorded in Official Record Book 171, at
page 1996, of the public records of St. Lucie
