THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the day of May, A. D.
1968, by SALVATORE ANGELO and ISABELLE M. ANGELO, his
wife, hereinafter called the grantor, to ANTHONY R. ANGELO and
JEAN I. ANGELO, his wife, whose postoffice a~idress is
218 Troutbrook Drive, West Hartford, Connecticut,
hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10. 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
The North 100 feet of the following described property:
Beginning 40 feet South of the Northeast corner of the
Northwest 4 of the Northeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of
Section Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run
West 255 feet to a point; thence run South 200 feet for
point of beginning; thence continue South 220 feet,
thence run East 155 feet, thence North 220 feet; thence
run West 155 feet to point of beginning.
Grantee shall have the right of ingress and egress
~ over and on the following described property:

s Beginning 40 feet South of the Northeast corner of the

~ Section Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run
West 255 feet to point of beginning; thence turn and
run South 420 feet; thence turn and run West 50 feet,
thence turn and run North 420 feet, thence turn and
run East 50 feet to point of beginning.
Grantee shall have leave and license to use a well and
pump located on the South 120 feet of the above described
property for household and horticultural purposes in
r connection with the land hereby conveyed to grantee.
~ As consideration for said license, grantees shall pay
~ one half of the expense of operation in the form of
~ repairs, replacements, labor and power costs in
