THLS WARRANTY DEED Made the day of May, A. D,
1968, by ANTHONY R. ANGELO and JEAN I. ANGELO, his wife,
hereinafter called the grantor, to SALVATORE ANGELO and
ISABELLE M. ANGELO, his wife, whose postoffice address is
108 Seymour Avenue, West Hartford, Connecticut,
hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
The South 120 feet of the following described property:
Beginning 40 feet South of the Northeast corner of the
Northwest 4 of the Northeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of
Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run
West 255 feet to a poiat; thence run South 200 feet for
point of beginniag; thence continue South 220 feet,
thence run East 155 feet, thence North 220 feet; thence •
run West 155 feet to point of beginning.
4 Grantee shall have the right of ingress and egress
~ over and on the following described property:

Beginning 40 feet South of the Northeast corner of the
Northwest 4 of the Northeast 4 of the Southwest 4 of
Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run
West 255 feet to point of beginning; thence turn and
run South 420 feet; thence turn and rua West 50 feet,
thence turn and run North 420 feet, thence turn and
run East 50 feet to point of beginning.
Grantor shall continue to pay one half of each monthly
installxnent as it becomes due on that certain note
secured by a mortgage, which is a first lien on all
of the above described property, in which the grantor
and grantee are mortgagors and First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce is mortgagee,
dated February 27, 1967, recorded March 6, 1967,
in Official Record Book 164 at page 2698 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County.
