COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, JAMES J. BARNES, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florid ,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do herebq make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revok
ing all Wills previously made by me.
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that mq body be buried in a manne
suitable to mq circumstances in life.
SECOND
It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate as
soon as practicable after my demise.
THIRD '
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain~
der of my estate, of whatever location or description, both real
~ and personal, of which I die possessed, or ov~er which I have power
~
~ of disposition, or any interest whatsoever, unto my bel~ved wife,
~
ANNA M. BARNES.
FOURTH ~
In the event my wife shall predecease me, or our deaths should
~
~ occur simultaneously or approximately so, or in the same common
accident or calamity, or under any circumstances causing doubt as
to which o~ us survived the other, then in either event, I hereby
give, devise and bequeath the home place on Indian River Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and the attached property, to my son GERALD
A. BARNES, with the understanding that he shall pay to my son
~ JAME~S AI. BARNES, SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($7,500.00) DOLIARS,

~ which amount may be taken from the estate funds hereinafter set
out for the benefit of my two sons.
