~ 5. If any payment pmvided for in that note is not paid within 30 daya after it becomea
due. or if any agreement in this mortgage other than the agreement to make the payments is
breached, the entire unpaid principal balanee of that uote ahall immediately become due at t6e
option of the Mortgagee and the Mortgagee may forectosc this mortgage in the manner provided
