5. If any pa'ment provided for in that note ia not paid within 30 days aEttr it beoomea
due, or if any agreement in this mortgage other than the agreement to make the payments is
breached, the entire unpaid principal balanoe of that note shall immediately beoome due at the
option of the Mortgagee and the Mortgagee may forcclase this mortgage in th~ mannrr providcd
by law, and have the mortgaged property aold to satisfy or apply on the indebtedneaa hereby
secured. ~

ceedings to fonclose thia mortgage shall be instituted the court having jurisdiction thereof should
