AT ST. LUCIE, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof recorded in Official Reeorda Book 168 at page 1348, of
the Public Re~ords of S~ Lucie Gountq, Florida. As provided for by t6e
Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of Florida, (C~hapter 711,
Florida Statutes, 1965 Et. Seq.) said description in this canveyance includea,
but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above
described, including the limited common elements assignod thereto and
including the undivided interest in t6e common elemwta of said condo-
minium.

For Value Received, I, we or either of us promise to pay to the order of HOLIDAY OUT
IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., at Poat Office Box 161, Stuart, Florida, or any other place
as the holder hereof may designate in writing. the sum of Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-
three & 27.100~llars, which includes intereat on the principal amount loaned, payable in
60 ~nsecutive montlily inatallmenta of ; 77 . 05 ~d the first
installment to become payable on the 1st ~r of Julv , 1967 , and
one such installment to beoome due and payable on the lst ~y of each succeeding month
' until the whole of said indebtedness is paid, with interest from Ma~ 3, 1967
; at the rate of 6 per cent per annum after maturity.

~ It is agreed that time is of the easence of this contract and that in t6e event of default in
payment of any installmrnt for a period of thirty days the holder of this note may, at its option,
declaze all the n~e~ainder of the said debt due and oollectible and any failure to exercise said
option shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the same at any other time. In the
event of default in payment of this note and if the aame is placed in the hands of an attorney for
collection, I, we, or either of us agree to pay all coats of collection, including a reasonable attorne~a
fee. In case payment ahall not be made at maturity, the malcers, sureties and endorsers jointly and ,
severally agree to any extensions or renewals without further notice, binding ourselves for payment
thereof, as if no extensions of time or forbearauce of payment had been made or granted. .

~ 2. To pay all taxes, asses.smenta, liens and encumbrances on that property pnomptly when
~ due. If they are not promptly paid the Mortgagee may pay t6em without waiving the option to -
~ foreclose, and such payments, with interest t6ereon from the date of payment at the same rate as '
~ specified in that note, ahall also be secured by t6ia mortgage. ~
~ 3. To commit, permit, or suffer no waste, impairment ~r deterioration of the mortgaged i

4. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the Mortgagce because of failure of the
- Mortgagor to comply with the agreeanents in that note or this mortgage, including reasonable !
attorneys' fees. The cost thereof, with intereat thenon from the day of payment at t6e same rate
~ as specified in that note, shall also be se~ured by thia mortgage.
