5. If any payment provided for in that note ia not paid within 30 days s~fter it beoomea
due, or if any agreement in this mortgage other than the agrcement to make the payraents is
breac6ed. the entire unpaid principal balana of that note shall immediately bco~me due at the
option of the Mortgagee and the Mortgagee may foreclose this mongage in the manner provided
by law, and have the mortgaged pmperty aold to satisfy or apply on the indebtednas hereby
