W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said party of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid by the
party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part,
its successors and assigns forever, the following described land
in St. L~.zcie County, Florida, to-wit:
Fram the corner common to Sections 21, 22, 27 and
28 in Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, run South 0° 04• 30" West along
the line dividing said Sections 27 and 28 a dis-
tance of 90.0 feet to a point on the South right-
of-way line of Edwards Road; thence North 88° 54'
30" ~ast along the South right-of-way line of
Edwards Road run a distance of 1155.44 feet to a
; point; thence South 0° 04' 30° West along the East
right-of-way line of Fee Road a distance of 400.0
feet to a point, said point being the Point of Be-
