9. Ta further sacure unto the mortgagee the ~
payment of the aforesaid note and the parformance by ~
the mortgagor of all of his promises and covenants
herein made~ the mortgagor has and does hereby transfer,
assign and sat over unto the mortgagea a12 of the rents~
income and profits now or hereafter partaining or
arising fro~ said property with full power and right
unto the mortgagee to rece~ve and collect the same;
provided~ however~ that so long as the mortgagor shail
faithfully keep and perfore each and every of his
promises and covanants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this mortgage and suffcr
no default in connection therewith~ tha mortgagee shall
allow the mortgagor to collect and receive the same.
