~ TRUSTEES' DEED
THIS INDENTURL, made this ~ day of May, 1968, be-
tween O. C. PEPERS(3ii and ST. LUCIE CORJNTY BANK, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as Trustees Under the Will of Flem C. Dame, de-
ceased, GRAI~ORS, and WTLLIAM H. TSOMPSON and MARY A.
THOMPSON, his wife, whose mailing address is: 4855 South
Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, GRANTEES.
WITNFSSETH: That said Flem C. Dame died in Fort
Pierce, Florida, on September 30, 19E5, and possessed of
the property hereinafter described, and left a Last Will
and Testament in which he named the said O. C. PET$RSON and
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Trustees
under his said Last Will and Testament, which was admitted
to probatA in the County Judge's Court of St. I,ucie County,
Florida, by an Order dated October 4, 1965, and said testa-
mentary trustees were appointed as such Trustees on May 2,
1966, in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit,
St. Lucie County, Florida, in Chancery No. 9100-E.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00j and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, GRAN'PORS have granted, bargained, sold and transfer-
red and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and trans-
fer unto GRANTEF~ herein and their heirs and assigns for-
ever, all that certain parcel of land lying and beinq in
x the C~unty of St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly
