1968, BY AND BETWEEN, WILLIAM F. SOO~T attd BEVERLY SC0~1'r, his wife,
herein celled the Lesaore, and STEWART-WADE FLORID~A CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, herain called the Leasee,
WITNESSET:I~ That in consideration of the covenants herein con
tain~d, on the part of the seid Leasee to be lcept and perfonned,
the said Lesaor does hereby lease to the said Lessee, the followi

per acre of the Land herein leased, said acreage being determined
