SOO~T attd BEVERLY SC0~1'r, his wife, herein celled the Lesaore, and STEWART-WADE FLORID~A CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, herain called the Leasee, WITNESSET:I~ That in consideration of the covenants herein con tain~d, on the part of the seid Leasee to be lcept and perfonned, the said Lesaor does hereby lease to the said Lessee, the followi described property: Sectiona 5, 6, 7, 8, 17 and 18, Township 34 South~ Rat~ge 37 Eas t . TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same f or a term of One (1) year from the lst d8y og April , A. D. 1968, the said Lessee ~ paqit~g there~or to the Lesaors, a yearly rent calculated at ~5.00 per acre of the land herein leased, said acreage being determfned bq the acreage set out on the St. Lucie County tax statemen~s cove ing the land herein involved, and aaid Lessee paying an additional yearly rent to LESLIE W. SCOZT and rLARY SCOTT, hie wife, uf $5.00 per acre of the Land herein leased, said acreage being determined by the acreage aet out on the St. Lucie Coc::. tax statements cove E ing the land herein involved; Baid payments to LESLIE W. SC02T and { , MARY SCOTT, his wife, being in consideration of the covenants and ~ conditions herein contained which appertain to LErSLIE W.
