LESLIE W. SCOTT and MARY SCOTT, his wife, further reserve the
huntin~ rights and the right to lea$e the same exclueively, and to
receive the proceeds therefrom unt~ themselves, their heirs, suc-
cesaors and aesigns.
The Lessors and IESLIE W. SCOTT end MARY S(~TT, his ~ife, do
further give and grant unto the Lessee the right of ingress and
egre~c over existing r~ads and bridges belonging to the Lessors an
IESLIE W. SCOTT and MARY SCOTT, his wife.
The Lessee further covenants and agrees that it will utilize
the lands here in leased f or cattle purposes, and will in no way
alter or interfere with existing irrigation or drainage so as to
adversely effect the other lands of the Leseors and I,ESLIE W. SCO
and MARY SCOTT, his wife, in the area herein leased.
The Leseors and LESLIE W. SCOTT and MARY SOOTT, his wife, re-
