THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 6th day of May
19 68 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to Robert R. Reynolds and Mary K. Reynolds,
his wife
whose postoffice address is 236 N.W. 100 Terrace
Miami, Florida
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the ~ran~ors far and in eansideration of the sum of

acknowledged, by these presents does qrant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

LAKEWOOD PA1t~C, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
page 35, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and apgurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise agpertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby eovenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have qood right and lawful author- ~
ity to sell•and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to ~
said land and will defend the same against the Iawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which sha11 be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
l. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 248
at Page 149 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
