THIS WARRANTY DEED. Made and exeCUted the 6th day of May
19 6 8 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROI~ ~_3 SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to Richard 8. May and Sheila May, his wife
whose postoffice address is 3917 Devon Drive

hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in cansideration of the sum of
S 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, ali that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz;

LAI~WOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
page 32 , Public Records of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida.

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenan~es thereto
belonginq or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are 2awfully ~
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and Zawful author- ~
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
~his conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 247
at Page 57 , public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19~ and subsequent years. ~
