KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned,
RAY F. DOBBINS and ELIZABETH H. DOBBINS, husband and wife,
secured parties ia Security Agreement dated January 31, 1968, made
by NORMAN E. DOVEY and HAZEL G. DOVEY, debtors, acknowledge
that we have received from the said Norman E. Dov~y and Ha~el G.
Dovey, payment in full of the indebtedness secured by said security
agreement.
We do hereby further acknowledge payment in full of the balance
due us on account of the purchase of Hatteras 41' double cabin fibreglass
yacht "YAR", Fla. Reg. No. FL-4529-AC, Hatteras Hull No. 82, with
twin GMb-53 diesel engines, Serial No. 6D-6566 and No. 6D-6957, and
equipment, accessories aad supplies on board said vessel, aad we do
hereby release lien on said vessel as shown on Title Certificate thereto
No. 22169, issued by the Board of Conservation of the State of Florida.
WITNESS our hands and seals this 30th day of April, 1968.
