by his wife, B191tBARA DUN; hereinafter called the Grantors,
. to WALTER A. DUN and RUTH 8. DUN, his wife, as an estate
by the entireties, whose post office address is: P. O. Box
341, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantees:

heirs, legal representatives and assiqns of individuals
and the successors and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the Grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
