3. This Financing Statement covers the follo~ing types of
property:
All tangible personal property and property which
is or is to become fixtures which is (i) within the
jurisdiction of the State of Florida, (ii) acquired by
the Debtor on or after Januarq 1, 1967, aad (iii) of
the tqpes described in_the Granting Clauaes of the In-
denture. •
Attached hereto marked Buhibit.A and made a part
hereof is an excerpt from the Eighteeath Supplemental
Indenture betweea the parties hereto, wbich excerpt
F includes Granting Clauses First through T6ird.

The documents involved in this transaction, in-
cluding, without limitation, those referred to in this
~ Financing Statement, and the obligations or agreemeats
- secured by the property referred to in this Financing
Statement, and t6e other collateral for such obligations
, and agreew~eats, may be amended and supplemented from
time to time.
