That Florida GFas Transmission Company, in conaideration of the
premises and of the mntnal covenanta herein contained and of the snm
of One Dollar to it dnly paid by the Trustees at or before the ensealing
xnd delivery of these presents, and for other vatuable considerations, _
tl~e receipt whereof is I~ereby acknowledged, and in arder fnrther to
secure tlie payment of the principai of and interest and preminm, if anp,
ou atl Bonds at any time issned and Ontstanding under the Indenture,
as supplemented bp this Snpplemental Indenture and as the same may _
from time to time be further snpplemented or modified hereafter,
according to tLeir tenor and effeet, and the performance and observance
of all the covenants and conditions in the Bonds and tbe Indentnre
and herein contained, and to declare the terms and conditions npon and
s~tbject to which the Bonds are, and are to be, secnred, has eaecnted
and delivered this Snpplemental Indentnre and does hereby ratify and ~
confirm nnto the Trustees all property heretofore conveyed to them
under and by virtae of the Indentnre and hereby acknowledges and
confirms tLat it Las granted, bargained, sold, warranted, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed, assigned, transferred, mortgaged, hypothe-
cated, pledged, set over, confirmed and created a security interest in,
and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, warrant, alien, remise,
release, convey, assign, transfer, mortgage, hypothecate, pledge, set
over, confirm and create a secnritp interest in (a) nnto the Trnstee, its
successors in the trnst and it$ and their assigna, forever, and (b) as to
all real property and tangible personal property in the State of Florida, _
nnto the Trnstees, their successors in the trast and their asaigns, for-
ever, all premises, property, franehises and rights of everp ~nd and
deaeription, real, personal and mized, tangible and intangible, now
owned or, subject to the provisions of drticle 13 of the Indentnre, here-
after aoqnired by tlie Company, wherever located, and inclnding all
and singnIar the following described propertiea :
