Deed Records, ezcept as otherwise indicated, of the respective counties

Fee Lands and Improvements Thereon
~lll tracts or parcels of land, together with all buildings, structures,
machinery, pipe lines, compressors, eqnipment and appiiances sitnated
on said lands and appnrtenances thereto, and also ineinding alI bnild-
- ings, strncturea, maehinery, pipe lines, compressors, equipment, appli-
ances and appurtenances of every kind or natnre whatsoever used or
for use as a part of snch properties, acqnired or constrncted, being
acqnired or constrncted or to be acqnired or constr~icted, on said traets
or parcels of land, owned or hereafter acqnired by the Companp in the
States of Tezas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida, inclnd-
ing, bnt not limited to, the tracts or parcels of land described in
Fahibit "A" of ~rticle 4 hereof, to which instruments and the references
made therein referenoe is hereby made for a fnll and complete descrip-
tion of sach properties to the same e~tent and with the same effect as if
said instruments and references therein were set forth in fnll herein.

~'ipe Lines, Rights-of-jVay and Franchises
-:111 of the pipe lines of the Company sitnated or to be situated and
constructed or to be coiistructed in the States of Teaas, Louisiana,
liississippi, Alabama and Florida (~chich iuclnde but are not limited
to tl~e rights-of-vray therefor ~nd the pipe lines and appurt,enances
laid or to be laid thereon), together with, ~vhether now owned or here-
after acquired b~ the Cou~pa~iy, (a) all surface leases, surface rights,
rights-of-way, servitndes, easements, permits tind grants for the lsy-
ing, maintenance and operation of said pipe lines, (b) all franchises,
pri~~ilegea, Rermits, grants, licenses and conaents of or to the Compttny
co~ering operations for the laying, mainteriance and operation of said ~
pipe linee in, on, o~er, nnder or aiong lands, streeta, roada, highwa,rs,
railroada, rivers, canais, ditcLes, bridges, national forests, pnblic
grounds or strneturea or etaewhere, and all rights incident thereto,
