Together ith all and singular the tenements, heredita~nents and .
appnrtenances belonging or in an3~vvise appertaining to the aforesaid
propert~ or any part thereof, with the reversion and reversions, rc-
maincier and remainders, and, snbject to the provisions of ~rticles y
and 8 of the Indentnre, the tolls, rents, revennes, issues, earnings, in-
come, products and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, inter-
est and claim whatsoever, at law as well as in equity, which the
Company noti~ has or may hereafter acquire in and to the aforesaid
propert;~ and every part and parcel thereof.

mental Indentnre and from the lien and operation hereof and of the
; Indentnre, all the tracts and parcels of land and premises, and inter-
~ ests therein, and all properts of every kind and type ezcepted and
€ ezcluded from the Indenture by the terms thereof, whether snch prop-
~ erty was owned by the Company or Coastal on Jannary 9, 1959 or has
~ been aoquired by it since that date, reference being made to the Inden-
tnre for a description tl~ereof, and fnrther ezpressly eacepting and "
ezclnding from the Indenture and from the Lien and operation thereof
all property heretofore duly released from the Lien of the Indentnre.
