and delivery of these presents, and for other vs~luable oo~ideratians,
the receipt whereof is lierebp acknowledged, and in order fnirther to
secnre tLe payment of the prinoipal of and interest and preminm, if any,
on all Bonds at any time issned and Outstanding under the Indenture,
as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture and as the same may
from time to time be fnrther supplemented or modified hereafter,
according to their tenar and effect, and the performance and observ~?nce
of all the covenants and conditions in the Bonds and the Indentare
and herein contained, and to deelare the terms and conditions npon and
subject to which the Bonds are, and are to be, secnred, has e=ecuted
and delivered this Snpplemental Indentnre and does hereby ratify and
confirm unto the Trastees all property heretofore conveyed to them
nnder and by virtne of the Indentnre and hereby acknowledgea and
confirms that it has granted, bargained, 8old, warranted, aliened,
remised, released, conveped, asaig?ned, transferred, mortgag?ed, hypothe-
cated, pledged, set o~er~ confirmed and areated a seanrity intereat in,
and by these presents does grant; bargain, sell, warrant, alien, remiae, '
release, oonvey, assig?n, transfer, mortgage, hp~wthecate, pledg~e, set
over, confirm and ereate a secnrity intereat in. (a) nnto the Traatee, its
snceeasora in the trast and ita and their assigns, forever, and (b) ae to
all real property and tangible personal property in the State of Florida,
nnto the Trnstees, their snccessore in the trast and their asaigns, far-
ever, all premises, property, franehises and righta of every kind and
description, real, personal and mized, tangible and intangible, now
owned or, anbjeet to the provisione of ArEicie 13 of the Indentnre, here-
after aequired by the Company, wherever located, and inclnding all
and singalar the following described properties :
