laid or to be laid thereon), togetLer with, whether now owned or here-
after acqnired bp the Company, (a) all snrface leases, snrface rights,
rights-of-way, servitndes, easements, permits and grants for the lay-
ing, maintenance and operation of said pipe lines, (b) all franchises,
privilegea, permits, grants, licenses and conaents of or to the Company
~ covering operations for the laying, maintenance and operation of said
~ pipe lines in, on, over, under or along lands, streets, roada, highways,
railroads, rivera, canals, ditches, bridges, national forests, pnblic
gronnds or atrnctnrea or elsewhere, and all rights incident thereto,
