and (a) all bnildings, stations, plants, strnatnres, headers, eqnipment,
macbinery, appliances, systems and lines and appurtenanees of every
kind or natnre whatsoever forming or to form a part of said pipe linea

all fittings, valves, connections, cathodiQ or elecstrical protec:tion nnits,
bp-passes, regalatora, drips, compressor, regalator, cwmmnnieation
and dehydration eqnipment and facilities, and meters and measnring
stations.
~Vithont in any manner limiting the generality of the description
of snrface leases, snrface rights, rights-of-way, servitndes, easements,
permits and grants set ont in this Subdivision B, all of the snrface
leases, surface righta, rights-of-~vay, servitndes, easements, permits
and grants identified, described, and tabnlated in Eahioit "B" of
' ~rticle 4 hereof, are hereby inalnded or shall be deemed to be inclnded
as forming a part of snch desoription and in amplifica~ion thereof, to
wluch instrnments and referenc$a made therein, reference is hereby
made for a fnll and complete desaription of said snrface leases, surface
righta, rights-of-way, servitndea, easements, permits and grants, to the
same eztent and with the same effec~ as if said instrnments and refer-
eneea therein were set forth in fnll herein.
Withont in any manner limiting the generality of the desaription
of franchises, privileges, permits, grants, licenses and. consents set
ont in this 3ubdivision B, all of the franchiaes, privileges, permits,
grants, licensea and consents identified, deacribed and tabnlated in
Ezhibit `~C" of ~rticle 4 hereof, are hereby inclnded or shall be deemed
to be inclnded as forming a part of snch deseription and in amplifica-
tion thereof, to which instrnments and the references made therein
reference is hereby made for a fnll and complete description of said '
franchises, privileges, permits, grants, licenses and oonsents, to the
eame eztent and with the same e$ect as if said instraments and refer-
ences therein were set forth in ftill herein.
