gathering systems, pipe lines, pipe line equipment, pipes, stations, sab-
stations, meters, meter houses, regulators and regnlator honses, tanks,
gates, compressors, compressor engines, compressor st.ations, telephone
and telegraph lines, electric power linea, poles, wires, anailiary eqnig-
ment, casings, oil or gas wells, oil or gas ~vell eqnipment, valves, oil
or gas lease eqnipment, bridge licenses and bridge rights, franehises,
permits, privileges, grants, leases, consents, licenses and patent rights,
and also all plants, buildings and strnctnres, with their figtnres and
appnrtenances, and all machinery, mechanical equipment, electrical
eqnipment, and machine shops, now owned or hereafter constrncted
or acqnired, of whatever character and wherever sitnated, all of which
are to be considered as part and parcel of the real estate covered
hereby and all of which, together with snch real estate, are to be con-
sidered and dealt with as a whole, and all of which movable property
located within the State of Louisiana is hereby declared immovable by
destination.

All right, title and intereat of the Company nnder, in and to each
of the contracts and agreements deseribed in F~hibit `~D" of drticle 4
hereof, or whieh the Company assigns to, pledges and mortgages, or
is reqnired by the terms of the Indentnre or any indentnre supple-
mental thereto to assign to, pledge and mortgage, nnder the Indentttre
with the Trnstee, and nnder, in and to all revisions, alterations, modi-
fications, amendments, changes, egtensions or renewals of or replace-
ments for all of the foregoing whicL are hereafter ~entered into, the
Companp, ~ioweve~r-,-r~mainin liable to observe and perform all the
conditions and covenants in said con ra~ts--and-agreement~ _provided _
to be observed and perfornaed by it. Copies of the contracta and agree-
ments described in said Ezhibit "D", certified by the Secretary or an
Assistant Secretary of the Company, to be trne copiea of the originals
thereof, have been lodged with the Trnstee simnltaneonsly with the
ezecntion hereof.
Snbject to the provisions of ~rticle 13 of the Indentnre, all right,
title and interest of the Company nnder, in and to all eontracts and
agreements providing for the sale, deliverp or ezchange by the Com-
pany of natnral gas or for the pnrchase or transportation by the Com-
