particnlar series over any other Bond or conpon of aneh series or over
anq Bond or conpon of any other series, by reason of priority in the
time of the issne, sale or negotiation thereof, or by reason of the pur-
pose of isane or otherwise howsoever, e$cept aa herein otherwise
ezpressly provided :

if the Company, its snccessors or assigns, shall pay or caase to be
paid nnto the holders of the Bonds the principal, interest and premium,
if any, to become due in respect thereof at the times and in the manner
stipnlated therein and herein, and shall keep, perform and observe all
and singntar the covenants and promises in the Bonds and conpons and
in the Indentnre (as therein defined) ezpressed to be kept, performed
and observed by or on the part of the Company, then tlus Snpple- '
mental Indentnre and the estate and rights hereby granted shall cease,
determ.i.ne and be void, otherwise to remain in fnll foree and effect;

tween tiie parties hereto, that all the Bonds and conpons are to be
isaned, anthenticated and delivered, and that all the Trnst. Estate
is to be held and applied, subject to the fnrther oovenants, conditions,
nses and trnsts hereinafter set forth; and tLe Company, for itself
and its snccessors, does hereby covenant and agree to and with the
Trnstee (and where applica~le to Florida Property, with the Trnstees)
and its snccessors in said trnst, for the benefit of those who shall
hold tLe Bonds and conpons, or any of them, as follows:

any manner whatsoever for or in reapect of the validity or an~eiency
of this Snpplemental Indentnre or the dne ezecntion thereof by f,he
Company or for or in reapect of the recitals herein contained, alI of
wluch recitals are made by the Company solely.
