~ 2.01. Indenture ratified and confirmed. The In~~ntnre, as fnr-
ther supplemented by tlus $npplemental Indenture, is in all respeats

Althongh this Snpplemental Indentare for convenience and for the

Snpplemental Indentnre is bei.ng egecnted in several connter~arta,
each of which is an original and all of which are identical eacept
that in eertain connterparts, to facilitate recordation, tbe desaription
of the lands in Eahibit ~~A" of drticle 4 hereof, the identification,
description and tabnlation of the anrface leases, surface rights, rights-
of-way, servitndes, easements, pe~mits and grants in Eahibit ~B"
pf drticie 4 hereof, the identification, description and tabnlation of
the franchises, privileges, permits, grants, licensea and eonsents in
Eshibit "C" of ~rticte 4 hereof, covering property eitnated in statea
other than the state in which the particnlar counterpart ita to be
recorded, and the description of the eontracta and agreements described
in FzLibit "D" of Article 4 hereof, are or may be included by refer-
ence only. Each connterpart of this Snpplemental Indentnre is to be
deemed an original hereof and all connterpart~ colleatively are to be
