this day in person and severally acknowledged to me that they, being

sealed with the corporate seal, and delivered the said instrnment for
Florida (~as Transmisaion Company on tlus day as the free and
volnntary act and deed of said corporation and as their own free and
volnntary act and deed, for the nses, pnrposea and considerations there-
in set forth; and that f,he seal affiged to said instrament is the corporate
~ seal of said corporation and that said instrament was ezeented, signed,
seaied and delivered in beLalf of said corporation by anthority of its
- Board of Directors, and ac~owledged said instrnment to be the free
aet and deed of said corporation.
