ROBBINS, deceased, Zate of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as party of the first part, and ROBERT M. WILLIX and LUZELL W. WILLTX, his wife, whose post office address is 120 Serenata Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida, as parties of the second part; WITNLSSETH: the said James 0'Connor is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administrator C.T.A. of the Estate of I~argery H. Robbins, deceased, who died testate at Boston, Massachusetts, on December 28, 1967; That the said party of th~ first part deems it expedient and necessary and for the best interest of the estate that the property of the estate hereinafter described be sold, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and in consideration of the sum of NINE THU[TSAND EIGAT HUNDRED FORTY and 25/100- - - - - - - - - - ~p~gg~ purchase money in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, receipt of which is hereby acknawledged, the party of the first part has sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and ~ convey unto the said parties of the seCOnd part, their heirs and ; assigns, al of that tract or parcel of land, situate and lying and being in St. Lucie Covnty, Florida, described as follvws: Lot 14, Block 47, RIVER PARK UNIT ~5, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 31, public records of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida, TOGETHER with the furniture and fixtures con- tained therein; together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anq wise appertaining; To have and to hold the same to the said ROBERT M.
