THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the '8~ day of April, A. D. 1968,
by RACtiEL C. WAGER and ANSON J. , er husband, end ARTHUR E.
WAGER, a single adult, hereinafter called the grantors, t~ ROBERT
RUSSII.L MACY and MARYLOU VIRGINIA MACY, his wife, whose postoffice
address is 606 Ulrich Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter
called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors for and in consideration of th
sum of Ten and no/100 ($10:00) Dollars and other valuable consider
ations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bar- 3
gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and conf irm unto the ~
grantees all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florid
viz:
Lots 29, 30, and 31, Block "B", HUNT'S SUBDIVISION,.in
Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, according
to the Plat of said Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 5,
at page 47, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
SUBJECT TO easements, restrictions and reservati~n~ tQ the
State of Florida, recorded in Deed B~ok 117, at page 458,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee s imple f orever.

AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that the '
grant~rs are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the ~
grantors have good right and lawful suthority to sell and convey
said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said
land and will defend the same against the LawFul claims of all per-
sons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances,
except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1966.
