` PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~
(
1. WHEREAS, ROYAL AMERICAN INDUSTR.IES, INC., a Delaware
corporation authorized to do businesa in the State of Florida, is the present
owner and holder of certain mortgages and debta aecured thereby, as shown
by a certain Assignment of Mortgages dated October 30, 1963, from T. J.
McPart2and, Jr. , as Trustee of "The Edwin Binney Heirs' Trust" to the
said ROYAL AMERICAN INDUSTRIES, INC.. recorded in Official Record
Book 74, Page 204, Pttblic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
2. WHEREAS, said mortgages and debte secured thereby are identified
and more fully described in a certain Mortgage Extension and Assumption
Agreement, hereinafter called "the Binney Mortgages, " dated February 1,
I95?, recorded in Mortgage Book 234, Pages 297 et aeq. , Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; and '

has purchased a portion of the mortgaged premises and requested the said
R~YAL AMER,~CAN INDUSTRIES, INC. , to release the premises hereinafter
described from the Iien and operation of said mortgages,

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the sa.id ROYAL AMERICAN

INDUSTRIES, INC. , as ~vell in consideration of the premises as of the sum ;
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it paid
by the said TUXEDO FRUIT COMPANY at the time of the execution hereof,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit- ~
claim, exonerate and diecharge from the lien and operation of those mortgages
known as the Binney Mortgages and more fully described in Paragraph 2
hereof, unto the said TUXEDO FRUIT COMPANY, its successors and assigns, ~

those tracts or parcels of land being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgages, to-wit:
