TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same~ with the appurtenances, unto the
TUXEI3~ FRUIT COMPANY~ its euccessors and assigne for~ver, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgagee, and every
part thereof; provided always, nevertheleas, that nothing herein contained $hall
in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the
aforesaid mortgages on the rernaining part of said mortgaged premises not
hereby released there#rom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
thereof.
