laws of the State of Florida, and having its principal place of
busineas in Ft. Pierce, Florida, party of the first part, herein-
after called the mortgagor, to JOHN E. DRONDOSKI and HELEN W.
DRONDOSKI, his wife, partyo uf the second part, hereinaf}er
called the mortgagees;
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable consideration,
and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the
promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the
said mortgagor, doth grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, con- 4
