promissorq note and of this awrtgage, then thia mortgage and
the estate herebq created shall cease and be null and vnid.
And the said mostgagor, for itself and its succeasors,
legal representatives and assigns, hereby covenants and agrees:
1. To pay all of the singular principal and other sums
payable by virtue of said promissory note and this deed, or
either, promptly on the days respectively the same severally
become due.
2. To paq all and singular the taxes, assessments, levies
liabillties, obligations and encumbrances of every nature on said
described property, and if the same be not promptly paid, the

assigns may at any time pay the same without waiving or affecting
the option to foreclose or any right hereund~er. ~
3. To pay all and singular the costs, charges and expenses,
i including attorney's fees, reasonably incurred or paid at any

4. To keep the above described property insured against
