Company right of way to the Indian River as shown by $asement agreement,
recorded in Deed Book 160 at Page 212 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and subject to the riqhts of the awner of said land lying
east of the Florida Sast Coast Railway right of way as shown by said
agreement.
Said land being otherwise described aa: A tract of land in Goverrnnent
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Section 33, Tawnship 34 South, Range 40 $ast, lying
west of the right of way of the Florida $ast Coast Railway, north of Naco
Road, and the prolongation its center line east to said Railway; and east
of the riqht of way of State Road No. 5(U. S. 8ighway No. 1); and South
of the north line of the south 1/3 of Government Lots 1 and 2; less the
St. Lucie School Tract, being the north 2.09 chains (137.94') of said South
1/3 and bounded on the west by a north-south line 22.50 chains (1485') west
of the bank of the Indian River, measured along the north line of said
South 1/3; and less a strip 66 feet wide, being the riqht of way for the
Old Dixie 8ighway (now State Road No. 605) near the east edge o~ said tract.
