ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT Made and entered into this ~_day of May,
1968, by and between EDMAR, INC. , a Florida Corporation, hereinafter
called the party o# the first part, and WILLIAM O. GAUNTT, SR. and

the second part,
WITNESSETH:
THAT if the said parties of the second part shalr first make the
payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on the~r part to

agrees to convey and assure to the said parties of the second part, and their
heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by a good and
sufficient deed, the following described property, together with all improve-

ments thereon lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
