KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the oehain mo~tgage and indebtedness sewred thereby executed by
Nettie A. Mills. a widow
, mo~tgagors, dated the 23rd day of November , 19 65 , recorded in O. R.
Book 169 , at page 5 215'216 , of the public ~eco~ds of St . Luc i e ~~ty,
Florida, to C. L. Smi th and Heten L. Smi th, his wi fe
mo~tgagees, encumbering the following deu~ibed real property situate in St . luC i e ~~ty~
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 7 and the North 5 feet of Lot 8~ Block A,
HARMONY ESTATES~ as per plat thereof reco~ded
in plat book 8, page 78, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie Cou~ty, Florida.
The above mortgage being assumed by Raymond J.
Black and Beverly A. Black, his wife, who t~ave
executed the following desc~ibed mortgage.
At the request of the mortgagors and in consideration of a10.00 and other good and valuable o~nsideration, inuring to
the undersigned mortgagees,~ the said mortgagees do hereby subordinate the lien and operation of the abovesaid mort-
gage to the lien and operation~,of that certain mortgage and indebted~ess secured thereby executed by the said mortgag-
ors to CITIZENS FEDERAI SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, under the date of 20th
day of May , 19 6$ , recorded in O. R. Book 171 , at pages 2768-f~9
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the sum of ~ 6,750.00 ' , and encumbering the above
described real property, and the undersigned hereby subordinate their mortgage to the said Citizens Frderal rnortgage as
if said Citizens Federal mortgage had been signed and recorded prior to and in advance cf ttie mortgage he~d by the un-
dersigned. ~
