HomeMy WebLinkAbout0387 ` ~ 16''?'5'?'G RRSOLUTION NO. 68-61 WABRSAS, the St. Lucie County Planniag and Zoning Commission, after holding a public hearing of which due notice waa published . at least fifteen j15~ days prior to said hearing and all property ~ ~wners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing has recom~?ended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the hereinafter described request:• for a change in zoning classification be GRANTBD; and WHSREAS, the Board of County Comtnissioners held a public hear- ing on said recom~aendation on April 9, 1968, after first publish- inq notice of said hearing in The Newa Tribune on the 21st day of March, 1968, said date being at least fifteen ~15) daya prior to the date of said hearing; WH$R$AS, at the conclusion of said public hearing, the Board of County.Commissioners referred said r~quest for rezoning back to s the Planning and Zoning Coma~ission for further study and review which was done by the Planning and Zoning Conmission and at-its meeting on May 2, 1968 the Planning and Zoning Commission again I I recomaaended to the Board of County Commissioners that said requeat I ! for a chanqe in zoning classification be granted. ~ J NtyW, THBRBFORS, BS IT RBS~VSD by the Board of County Co~nnis- ~ ~ aioners~of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled thia 28th day of May, 1968, as follows: That the zoning of the follawing deacribed property, to-wit: The Sast 500 feet of the South 200 feet of Lot 175, Plaravilla Gardena, Unit 3, as recorded in Plat Boak 6, page 62, public recorde of St. Lucie County, f Florida ~ ~ ~ owned by GEORGB D.
