LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY C4NCERN:
WHEREAS, WALLACE B. MARTIN, late of the county afore-
said, died October 8, 1967, leaving his Last Wi12 and Testament, which .
was duly admitted to probate and recorded in this Court on October ,
1967; and ~
WHEREAS, GEORGE T. MARTIN is entitled to Letters Testamentary

thereon and he hag taken the prescribed oath as required by law and has
performed all other acts necessary to his legal qualification as such
, Executor; . '

NOW, T~iEREFORE, I, PAUL T. DOUGLAS, rounty Judge in
1 and for the County aforesaid, by virtue of the power and authority by law
in me vested, do hereby declare the said George T. Martin to be duly
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as Executor of
said Last Will and Testament, with full power to administer according
to law, under the terms of said Will, all of the prnperty of said Wallace B.
Martin; to ask, demand, sue for, recover, and receive the same; to pay
the debts of said deceased so far as the asaets of said estate will permit
and the law direct, and to make distribution of said estate according to
law, under the terms of said Will, and to render due accounts of his
administrt,tion. ~ ~ ~ •
