respectively Mayor-Comanissioner and Clerk of the CITY OF FORT
PIERCE, a muni.cipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, to me known to be the persc~ns described in and who '
executed the foreqoing Deed, and they severally acknowledged
the execution thereof to be their free act and deed as such
officers, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and that
they affixed thereto the official seal of said municipal cor-
