Together with ali buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
~ on or placed therein, including all apparatua, equipment, fixtures or artides, whether in singte units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, powe~, ~efrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or he~eafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by tessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including sueens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, sbves and water heaters (alf of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to, be a p~rt of said ~eal eatate whather physically attached thereto w not); and also together witfi
all easemenfs and tfie rents, issues and profits of said ptemises which are hereby pledged, auigned, trans-
ferred and -ae~ over unto the Mortgsgee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the
Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby wbrogated to the ~ights of all mort•
gagees, i~enholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the foan hereby secured.
