by me first duly sworn, deposes and says that he is a resident
of Fort Pierce, Florida, and has basn a resident of such city
for 17 years; that affiant is the President of Minton
$quipment Campany, Inc., the Grantee in that certain Quit
Claim Deed from the City of Fort Pierce, a municipal corpora-
tion, dated February 28, 1967, and recorded in Official Record
Book 166, at page 1821, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; that Minton 8quipment Company, Inc. is also
sometimes known as Minton $quipment Company, a Florida cor-
poration; that Minton Equipment Company, Inc. and Minton
Equipment Company, a Florida corporation, is one and the same
corporate entity.
