THIS WARRAIITY DESD, made and executed this 17th day
of May, A. D. 1968, by MINTON ~QUIPM$I~ COMPANY, INC.~ a
corporation exiatinq under the laws of Florida, and having
its principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter called the GRANTOR, to HU1~L$ OIL & RBFIIJING
COI~ANY, a corporation existing under the laws of the State
of Delaware, with its permanent postoffice-addreas at: 1600
Woodlawn Road, Charlotte, North Carolina 28201
hereinafter called the Grantee:

this instrument and the heirs, leqal re-
presentatives and assiqn~ of individuals,
and the auccesaors and assigna of cor-

WITNESSSTS: That the Grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge3, by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate
