QUITCLAIM DEED
TBIS QUITCIAIM DESD made the ~day of May, 196g,
by SLIZABLTH (DUDDLSSON) BS$RY, hereinafter called the
Grantor, to JOffi+T F. BRYAN, III, v~hose postoffice address
518 Jackson Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi, hereinafter
called the Grantee:
WITNESS$TH: That-"f.he Grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and
other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and quitclaims unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
viz:
Lot 83 in Maravilla Subdivision of Section 21,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as recorded
on pages 174-175 of Deed Book 131 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, EXCEPT -
the East 300 feet of said lot.
