QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED made the day of May, 1968,
by JOffiT F. BRYAN, III, hereinafter called the Grantor,
to THOMAS DEAN BEERY and wife, ELIZABETH DUDDLSSON BEERY,
~ whose postof£ice address is i407 Westwood Road, Pascagoula,
Mississippi, hereinafter called the Grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and
other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, barqains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys_and quitclaims unto the Grantees,
as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship and not
as tenants in comaaon, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: •
Lot 83 in Maravilla Subdivision of Section 21,
Township 35 South, Range 40 Sast, as recorded
on paqes 174-175 of Deed Book 131 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, EXCEPT -
the $ast 300 feet of said lot.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
IN WITNESS WHERSOF, the said Grantor has signed and ~
