in consideration of of the the sum of Ten Dollars in hand pa3d by
the said party of the second part, the receip~ whereof is here-
by acknowledged have remised, released and quit claimed, and
by these presentsdo remise, release and quit claim unto the
said party of ~he second part arid its assigns forever, aZl the
right,title,intrest,claim and demand which the parties of the
first part have in and to the following described parcels of
land, situate, lying and being in the County of ~t. Lucie

and 473, St. Lucie Caunty public records, more particularly des- i
cribed as follows: Fran the Southeast corner of the land described
in Official Record Book 114 at Paqe 488 St. Lncie County, Florida,
public records, run thence East along an Easterly extension of ~
the South line of said property 750 feet more vr less to the West
property line of the Florida East Coast Railroad Company; thence
run Northerly along the said West line of the Florida East Coast ;
Railroad Company property 350 feet more or less to a point where
said West line intersects an Easte=ly extension of the North line
of the land described in said Ofticial Recorci Book 114 at Page 488;
thence run Westerly along the extension of saicl North line 596 feet
more or less to the Easterly boundary of the land described in said
Official Record Book and Page; thence Southerly along the Easterly
boundary of said land to the point of beginninq. Said tract of land
being a Westerly extension of the hereinafter described tract marked
Parcel B, and separated therefro~? by the right-of-way of the Florida
East Coast Railroad Company.

St. Lucie Caunty, Florida, public recorda; thence run East along the
South line of said Heritage Property 1,160 feet more or less to the
Weat shore of the Indian River; thence Southeasterly alonq~said River
shore 368 feet more or less to a point 632.84 feet North of the South j
line of Section 10 eaid Tawnship and Range and opposite the point of
beginning; thence West parallel to the South line of said Section 10
to the point of beginning.
