constituted and appointed DOUGLAS S. WAGNER, of 3201 South Federal
Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida, to be my true and lawful attorney
by a duly recorded Power of Attorney dated the 23rd day of June,
1964, which was recorded in Official Record Book 93, at page 35,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby
cancel and rescind the said Power of Attorney granted to DOUGLAS
S. WAGNER mentioned above.
