Grantor, to C. A. van der LU(~T and JUDITH 8. van der LUGT,
his wife, whose post office address is: Route 3, Box 501,
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee;

this instrument, and the heira, legal re-
presentatives and assigns of individuals,
and the successors and assiqns of corpora-

WITNSSSETB: 7.'hat the Grantor, for and in considera-

receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
That part of the East Three-Quarters of Sec-
tion 5, Tawnship 35 South, Range 39 East,
lying South of the South right of way line
of Angle Road and West of the following des-
cribed line; From a point where the East line
of aforesaid Section 5 intersects said Anqle
Road right of way line run North 89 deq.-45 min.-
- 15 sec. West along said right of way line a dis- ~
tance of 420.17 feet; thence North a distance
of 50 feet; thence North 89 deg.-23 min.-45 sec.
West a distance of 305.92 feet to a point where
said South riqht of way line of Anqle Road in-
tersects the Bast line of a 110 foot wide power
line easen~ent; said point being the point of
beginning of the East boundary of this parcel.
From the point of beginning =un South 0 deg.-
37 min.-40 sec. West a distance of 5,294.10
feet to a point on the South line and 724.85
feet West of the SE corner of Section 5.

righta of way for public roads and drainge
canals.
