by and between DOROTHY HAN50N, the duly appointed, qualified and
acting Administratrix of the Estate of WILLIAM DAVID I~ANSON,
deceased, the party of the first part, and DORO'TAY MAE HAN50N of
350~. Avenue F, Fort Pierce. Florida, party of the second part,
witnesseth:
T'hat, whereas, on the 22nd day of May, 1968, the Court
of the County Judge, of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida
in probate, in the Estate of WILLIAM DAVID HAN50N, deceased,
entered its order authorizing the party of the first part to make
distribution of all of the assets o£ this estate.

N pursuant to the said order has granted, bargained, sold arid
conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and
convey unto the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns
forever, all the right, title, and interest of the Estate of
WILLIAM DAVID HANSON, deceased, which said deceased had at the
time of his death and all the right, title and interest that
said estate, by operation of law or otherwise, may have acquired,
other than or in addition to that of said interest at the time of
his death, in and to all that certain real property situated in
said County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and particularly
described as follows:
Lots 11 and 12 of the Trade Winds Sub-division,
Recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 5, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The party of the second part hereby assumes and ~
agrees to pay that existing mortgage on said land
with the First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce, Florida.
