INC., a dissolved Florida Corporation and successor Corporation
to FORT.PI$RCE FINANCING AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, First Party,
to SDSON ARNOLD and LOUIS FISC~R, whose postoffice address is
c% P. O. Box 309, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, Second Party;
(Wherever used herein the terms "First Party"
and "Second Party" shall include singular
and plural, heirs, legal representatives,
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations, wherever the
context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETB, That the said First Party, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in hancl paid by the said
Second Party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and
other good and valuable consideration, does hereby remise, re-
lease and quit-claim unto the said Second Party forever, all the
